Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to parents, businesses, and anyone else accessing Recreation.city or its APIs.

Prohibited conduct

  • Unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing or discriminatory behaviour
  • Content that sexualises, endangers or exploits children in any way
  • Fraud, payment abuse, impersonation or misrepresentation of identity or authority
  • Uploading malware or attempting to compromise accounts or infrastructure
  • Circumventing rate limits, authentication, moderation or privacy controls
  • Scraping, crawling or bulk-extracting marketplace or parent data
  • Reselling Recreation.city data or reproducing the marketplace elsewhere
  • Automated access that degrades the service for others

Security research

Good-faith vulnerability reports are welcome at support@recreation.city. Do not access other users' data, degrade the service, or publish a vulnerability before we have had a reasonable opportunity to fix it.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
