This notice covers information about business users and business accounts. Information about parents is covered separately in the Privacy Policy.
What we collect
- Contact information for the account owner and authorised users — name, work email, phone
- Business information — trading name, address, service areas, website, categories, verification details
- Account activity — sign-ins, changes to listings, team access
- Campaign information — targeting settings, creative, budgets, approval history
- Billing information — invoicing details and payment status for advertising
- Listing and campaign performance data
- Communications with our support, review and partnership teams

- Operating business accounts, listings and campaigns
- Reviewing listings and promotions against our standards
- Producing your performance and demand reporting
- Billing, collections and fraud prevention
- Platform security and abuse prevention
- Support, onboarding and service communications
- Product communications and marketing, where you have opted in
Sharing and retention
Business contact and listing details are shown publicly where you publish them. We share information with the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy for hosting, authentication and security, and where required by law.
We keep business records for as long as the account is active and afterwards as needed for billing, dispute resolution, security and legal obligations.
Your controls
Business users can update account details in the dashboard, manage marketing preferences, and request access, correction or deletion by contacting privacy@recreation.city.
