Copyright & Content Policy

Effective date: August 18, 2026 · Last updated: August 18, 2026 · Version 2026-08-v1

Businesses are responsible for the content they publish on Recreation.city, and rights holders can ask us to review content they believe infringes their rights.

Content you upload

By uploading photos, videos, logos or written descriptions, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them on Recreation.city, and that their use does not infringe anyone's rights. Where an image shows an identifiable child, you confirm you have the necessary permission from a parent or guardian.

Reporting infringing content

Send a report to copyright@recreation.city including: the work you say is infringed, the exact Recreation.city URL of the content, your contact details, a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, and confirmation that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

We review reports, may remove or restrict the content while we do, and notify the business that published it. Where local law provides a formal notice-and-counter-notice process, we follow the process required for that jurisdiction.

Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly publish infringing content may be suspended or terminated.
